Service Terms
- Service coverage and prices are subject to change.
- All packages must be prepaid or confirmed before services begin.
- Payments are non-refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of the period and cannot be refunded or carried over.
- The minimum time consumption for each task is 0.5 hours.
- To enhance flexibility, we offer the option to top-up at our pay-as-you-go man-hour rate for up to 6 man-hours whenever credits are depleted, eliminating the need to rush for billing. Should a new package be purchased before these top-up efforts are billed, they can be reclassified as credit consumption and deducted from the new package.
- We support and provide services in English, Traditional / Simplified Chinese, and Japanese.
For Agencies
Our Web Support Packages are designed for any teams, business and organizations, including agencies of any kind. White-label service is available for packages S3 or above. We provide complimentary setup for up to three projects or clients. Reach out to us for more information.
